U12s Summer Tournament Group E

Clonard 0-15 Moynalvey 0-6

Our under 12 team recorded a very well deserved win over Moynalvey today in Clonard. Playing in one of their last games on O'Donovans pitch they produced a wonderful performance and went in leading 0-6 to 0-3 at the interval.

Playing up the hill in the second half the boys really showed improvement with solid performances in every position on the field. Debutant Alan Hannon from the U10s Team and Ciaran Murray as one of the more 'senior' players knocked in some fine scores, to mention just a couple. At the final whistle it finished Clonard 0-15 Moynalvey 0-6. Well done to the boys and to coaches Paddy McHugh and David Hannon.
